概述

智能汽车内集成了安全系统、发动机、灯光、通讯、座椅控制等众多的功能,

因此会应用到很多不同的PCB板材类型;

其中车载控制、通讯用到的常规汽车板易于加工,但对于加工效率、成本等要求考量较多;

用于电池系统的厚铜板则因为铜层较多,厚度较厚而容易导致钻孔过程排屑困难、易断刀的问题;

用于智能驾驶的雷达板则会用到高频材料,其对钻孔温度的要求较高,

已发生变形,产生分层、ICD等问题;

而用于汽照明的金属基板则因为较厚的金属层,对钻头的耐磨损能力有着较高的挑战;


Intelligent vehicles integrate numerous functions such as safety systems, engines, tighting,communication.

If they have already deformed, problems such as delamination and ICD may occur.

The metal substrate used for automotive ighting,due to its relatively thick metal layer, poses a high challenge to the wear resistance of the drill bit.
