Overview
概述智能汽车内集成了安全系统、发动机、灯光、通讯、座椅控制等众多的功能,
因此会应用到很多不同的PCB板材类型;
其中车载控制、通讯用到的常规汽车板易于加工,但对于加工效率、成本等要求考量较多;
用于电池系统的厚铜板则因为铜层较多,厚度较厚而容易导致钻孔过程排屑困难、易断刀的问题;
用于智能驾驶的雷达板则会用到高频材料,其对钻孔温度的要求较高,
已发生变形,产生分层、ICD等问题;
而用于汽照明的金属基板则因为较厚的金属层,对钻头的耐磨损能力有着较高的挑战;
